Here on this page you can see the admin, active as well as non-active members who are using the client. The MEMBERS page provides the list of members who have access to the product along with the detail about their role and e-mail ID. You can invite new members and can also resend invite to the existing members with the help of the action button given on the right side of the page.
Invite Member
To add a member to a client.
Step 1: Click on the Invite Member. In the Add Member pop-up, fill the details (First Name, Last Name, Email). All the three fields mandatory.
Step 2: Click Save to add and Cancel to abort the process. Once you click Save, a pop-up message will appear at the bottom right of the screen indicating that the member has been successfully added.
Delete Member
To delete a member from a client.
Step 1: Click on delete icon available on the right side of each member. A pop-up will appear asking for the confirmation.
Step 2: Once you click Delete the member will be deleted from the client but, if the member have assigned vulerabilities then a subsequent pop-up regarding what to do with Assigned Vulnerabilities will appear. Here you will have two options:
- Unassign vulnerabilities and delete member.
- Reassign vulnerabilities and delete members: Here you will get the drop-down option to select a member to assign the vulnerabilities existing with the member getting deleted.
Resend Invite
To resend the invite to a member already added in a client. Click the icon available on the right side of each member.
